Hello world, I'm back!
Well, exams are
finally over and I'm having more free time. So I thought I'll start with
updating this blog, which seems like a impossible task, since a lot happened
while I was away. And since I'm still busy with preparing for university (and
future *scared*) and I'm still working on the German version of this site.
We're doing the "five news you can use"- thing again. And since so
much went down we are concentrating a little on covers and releases.
1. There are movie news!! The german publisher
Arena released the news that the movie based
on Kerstin Gier's novel
Ruby
Red will be released on March
14, 2013.

Here is the official summary taken from
Goodreads:
"Gwyneth Shepherd's sophisticated, beautiful cousin Charlotte has been
prepared her entire life for traveling through time. But unexpectedly, it is
Gwyneth, who in the middle of class takes a sudden spin to a different era!
Gwyneth
must now unearth the mystery of why her mother would lie about her birth date
to ward off suspicion about her ability, brush up on her history, and work with
Gideon--the time traveler from a similarly gifted family that passes the gene
through its male line, and whose presence becomes, in time, less insufferable
and more essential. Together, Gwyneth and Gideon journey through time to
discover who, in the 18th century and in contemporary London,
they can trust."
Ruby Red is the
start of a trilogy and was published in English by
Henry Holt & Co. The Protagonists Gwendolyn and
Gideon will be played by Maria Ehrich und Jannis Niewöhner (small picture).
If the movie will be released in English as well is yet to be
decided.

as the other ones before.

2012.

If you ask me,
telling from her book releases and the signing schedule, there's someone really
busy these days. So from me: Congratulations to Alyson Noel for all those new releases and

is another author that has been busy with tour dates and book releases during
the last month. The Golden
Lily, second book in her Vampire
Academy spin off series Bloodlines, was published
somewhere around last month and the next book in the series wil be called Inkspell.
It is not yet
released how many books will follow in this series.
4. Tahereh Mafi
revealed a whole bunch of new covers, since the Shatter Me series was completely new designed.
I'm not posting every single one, just telling you where to find them and a lot
of information on the series. Just click here, and visit the official author's
